A little about me…
I went to Obrien’s Training Center in South Burlington straight out of highschool, graduated with my 1500 required hours of training several months later, and landed my first job at a large and well-known day spa in Williston. I worked doing hair, mani’s, pedi’s, and waxing with them for many years until a life change prompted me to find work a bit closer to home which brought me to Shelburne. Shelburne is where I’ve been for the past 13 years of my career, growing my knowledge, and experience. Good news! I don’t change work homes frequently so if we DO work well together you won’t need to chase me all over Vermont on the regular.
I love to keep up on the latest techniques and stylish trends!
I’ve taken countless color and cutting technique classes, Deva Curl cutting classes, I have experience in wig cutting and working with extensions. I’m new to the crew at Salon Vermont but am excited to be a part of such a like-minded team of professionals in an environment that is both beautiful and non-toxic(literally and figuratively). Salon Vermont is an Aveda Salon, I am proud to offer Aveda haircare products in the styles I create, and I choose to use Calura haircolor for my color work.
I am passionate about natural beauty…
and keeping chemical exposure low, I love a good chat about (but not limited to) nutrition, natural or holistic health, and really anything to do with experience of raising children. In my free time you will find me wrangling my two boys, exploring the outside and all it offers, camping, cooking, pug snuggling, and generally just enjoying life. If any of this sounds good, maybe we should meet?
